A 45 minute tram ride north of Blackpool is the town of Fleetwood, this is taken by Fleetwood seafront just outside of the town centre, hence the sandstone lighthouse which is one of three in the area and stands 93-foot (28 m) tall.

This is also the north terminus of the tram line, the pre-war tram is waiting at the stop having just turned around to start the return journey to Blackpool.
